• Free Pickup / Customer Pickup

Delivery Terms:

• Available delivery or pickup methods are determined by each participating restaurant and may vary by location.
• Delivery zones are based on restaurant-defined service areas and/or third-party courier coverage.
• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on restaurant preparation time, courier availability, traffic conditions, weather, and order volume.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and applicable distance.
• Orders outside serviceable delivery zones may be declined or canceled.

Pickup Terms:

• Customers selecting Free Pickup must provide preferred pickup timing or relevant instructions in the Order Notes section during checkout.
• Pickup availability is subject to restaurant operating hours and preparation time.
• Customers are responsible for timely order collection.

Third-Party Delivery Disclaimer:

Refund Policy

BanglaTaste.com and participating restaurants value customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy complies with applicable Ontario consumer protection principles while recognizing that prepared food is perishable and generally non-returnable except under qualifying circumstances.

Refund Eligibility:

• Incorrect food prepared by the restaurant
• Missing food items
• Damaged food caused prior to courier handoff
• Unsafe, spoiled, or contaminated food
